Otis is a global leader in the manufacture, installation and service of elevators and escalators.
In Korea, Otis Korea established a leading position by providing innovative passenger experiences. In particular, in 2023, the company officially launched Otis One, an IoT-based remote maintenance solution, and presented a new paradigm for elevators with the launch of Gen3, a digitally connected elevator equipped with Otis One.These will be highlited in the exhibition.
Otis One employs IoT technology to monitor elevator operations status in real-time and analyze the data collected as such. And based on the data collected, Otis One simplifies the management of elevator portfolio and performance and uniquely gives the data transparently to customers too. With the possibility of remote inspection and action, fast and safe service is provided. In addition to the strengths of the Otis One, Gen3 is gaining popularity for its excellent design. The Gen3 Ambience series is a design that reinterprets Eastern and Western cultures with the theme of “Voyage to another world.” This design was chosen as a finalist in the IDEA(International Design Excellence Award), one of the world’s top three design value.
