**Honglim Co., Ltd. Global Innovation Partner**

Since 1996, Honglim has been a trusted safety solutions company specializing in measurement and diagnostics. We research, develop, and manufacture elevator and escalator safety, diagnostic, and inspection equipment, as well as earthquake sensors, non-destructive wire rope testers, vibration/noise/fine dust meters, and laser displacement sensors.

**Key Products for Elevators**
- Wire rope flaw detector (LIFT-LC): quantitative internal/external defect analysis using MFL technology
- Multi wire rope tension meter (MSM-12) and Rope Harmonizer
- Vibration, noise, and acceleration meters (RA-01, RA-Z, EVA-652, QS3)
- Earthquake sensor (HLEQ-02): detects P- and S-waves and sends safety control signals
- Load sensor (RC-DONUT) and rail verticality measuring device (JZC)
- Elevator IoT remote monitoring system

**Technology and Trust**
We established our R&D center in 2009 and hold numerous certifications and patents. Since 2023, we have been a KOLAS-accredited calibration laboratory. We have received Export Tower Awards at the $1M (2000), $3M (2013), $5M (2018), and $10M (2022) levels, along with a Prime Minister´s Commendation and a ministerial award.

**Global Network**
Our network spans Europe, North America, and Asia, including the USA, Germany, Finland, Russia, Italy, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Singapore, the Philippines, Vietnam, and China. We run Southeast Asia service centers in Hong Kong and Singapore, offering one-stop support from manufacturing to training and after-sales service.

Honglim will keep putting customers first, delivering innovative elevator safety solutions under our promise of "More Safely."

1. The elevator ride quality meter precisely measures vibration, shock, sway, acceleration, and deceleration during operation for objective ride quality evaluation. Using key indicators such as A95 and Max Pk-Pk, it quantitatively assesses vibration levels and ride characteristics.

2. The earthquake detector senses the P-wave, which arrives first, and the following S-wave, quickly identifying seismic vibration and sending a signal to the elevator control panel or related safety systems. Early response via P-wave detection and confirmation via S-wave detection help preset safety procedures, such as safe stopping, operation control, and emergency operation, run smoothly.

3. The Elevator Wire Rope & Belt NDT Equipment (LIFT-LC&Belt) applies the MFL (Magnetic Flux Leakage) principle to inspect wire ropes and belts non-destructively. By measuring the magnetic flux leaking from defective areas, it identifies damage and abnormalities, helping determine whether the rope or belt can remain in service.

4. The elevator wire rope & belt tension meter measures up to 12 tension sensors simultaneously and compares results before and after adjustment in a single report. Its built-in battery requires no external power, enabling convenient and efficient on-site measurement.
