NEI is a company that develops elevator-related products and technologies with the goal of making buildings safer and easier to maintain.
We believe elevators are not simply a means of transportation. They are part of a building and an everyday space used by children, families, and many other people. For this reason, we believe safety should be considered from the design stage, rather than relying only on warnings or responding after an accident occurs.
NEI develops its technologies by looking closely at problems found in actual elevator and construction sites. Our focus is on finding practical ways to improve safety, maintenance, installation, and design. We also try to develop solutions that can be applied to different elevator manufacturers and various building environments.
Our core values are Safety, Technology, and Integrity. These values guide us in developing reliable products and building long-term relationships with our customers and partners.
NEI currently holds 8 patents and approximately 40 registered designs related to elevator and building technologies. We continue to invest in research and development and apply our ideas to products that can be practically used in the field.
Our vision is to become a leading company in Korea’s elevator safety and renovation market and, based on our experience and technology, expand into the global market.

NEI is an elevator technology company dedicated to improving safety, maintenance efficiency, and design value. At this exhibition, NEI presents three innovative solutions: CHANGEABLE JAMB, BlockFinger, and ELIFIT.
CHANGEABLE JAMB is a modular elevator jamb system combining safety and easy maintenance. Its movable anti-entrapment mechanism reduces the gap upon contact, helping prevent hand and finger entrapment. It also reduces impact by approximately 70%. Its modular design allows only damaged decorative panels to be replaced, reducing repair and maintenance costs.
BlockFinger is a mechanical anti-entrapment solution designed to reduce the risk of hands or fingers being caught during elevator door operation. Its simple mechanical structure does not rely on complex electrical control and can be applied to both new and existing elevators.
ELIFIT is a renovation solution for aging elevators. New decorative materials are installed over existing surfaces, minimizing demolition while reducing installation time and cost. It provides an efficient way to modernize elevator interiors and enhance the value of buildings.
