Every elevator relies on a wide range of components working together. JIN SUNG ROPE aims to bring them closer together, building a trusted supply hub that connects manufacturing expertise with customers´ needs.
Our roots date back to 1996, when Jinsung Gongsa was established. JIN SUNG ROPE was incorporated in 2017 following the separation of its wire rope business. With operations in Chungju and Incheon, South Korea, we supply elevator manufacturers, installers and maintenance providers, responding to their technical specifications and delivery requirements.
Our portfolio includes elevator wire ropes, flat belts and compensation products such as ECOSYS chains, VACUUM chains and ECOFLEX cables. We also supply shackles, sockets, rope fixings, guide shoes and dedicated installation kits. By preparing ropes and related components as elevator-specific sets, we help simplify procurement, material handling and on-site installation.
Our capabilities span wire rope cutting and processing, chain manufacturing, extrusion and quality inspection. Supported by ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certifications and ongoing product development, we continue to strengthen manufacturing quality and consistency.
We are extending our business into guide rail processing and broadening our offering beyond ropes and chains. The ambition is not simply to add more products, but to bring related components and supply processes together?making it easier for customers to source what they need efficiently and reliably.

ELEVATOR ROPE SHACKLES & FIXINGS -

JINSUNG ROPE supplies cut-to-length elevator hoist ropes, compensation products, rope fittings, and installation accessories. We exhibit five product groups and hoist-rope samples.
1. ECOFLEX CABLE
A compensation product that balances changes in hoist-rope weight as the car and counterweight move. A double-extrusion process fills and coats a link chain with PVC compound, improving flexibility and reducing coating cracks. For elevator speeds up to 180 m/min.
2. ECOSYS CHAIN
A compensation chain covered with special synthetic fiber yarn to reduce operating noise and improve appearance. For elevator speeds up to 120 m/min.
3. ROPE SHACKLE & FIXING
Shackles, sockets, and fixing components for securing hoist-rope ends, supplied to match rope specifications and installation methods.
4. GUIDE & ACCESSORIES
Guide shoes, round and rotary guide brushes, bearing swivels, and couplings for elevator guidance and compensation system installation.
5. ECOFLEX INSTALLATION KIT
U-bolts, support brackets, S-hooks, couplings, swivels, bolts, and washers, configured by cable specification to simplify preparation and on-site installation.
