Company Introduction
Brochure Download
Founded in 2005, Energy Partners Co., Ltd. specializes in regenerative energy and power supply solutions for elevators and buildings. Supported by its in-house research institute, the company develops products that improve energy efficiency and elevator passenger safety.
Its flagship EP-GenⅡ regenerative braking device recovers energy generated during elevator operation that would otherwise be lost as heat and converts it into electricity for reuse within the building. With a power conversion efficiency exceeding 96.7%, according to product specifications, it helps reduce electricity consumption and costs. By reducing heat from braking resistors, it also helps lower the thermal load in elevator machine rooms and control panels. It uses existing elevator systems without requiring additional land for power generation.
Energy Partners has supplied regenerative braking devices to Korea Land & Housing Corporation (LH), Korea Environment Corporation, KAIST, and Korea Airports Corporation, as well as residential complexes and private office and commercial facilities. This field experience supports solutions suited to different installation environments.
The EP-ARD automatic rescue device supports elevator rescue operation during power outages and other emergencies, helping passengers exit safely. The EP-Hybrid UPS utilizes regenerative energy and utility power to support energy reuse and backup power availability.
The company holds patents in regenerative power management and power supply control. Its credentials include Green Technology and Green Technology Product certifications, High-Efficiency Energy Equipment certification, and Innovative Product designation. Through continued research and product improvement, Energy Partners helps customers reduce electricity costs and carbon emissions while improving energy efficiency and safety.

1. EP-GenⅡ ? Elevator Regenerative Braking Device
Recovers energy generated during elevator operation that would otherwise be lost as heat and converts it into electricity for reuse within the building. With a conversion efficiency exceeding 96.7% according to product specifications, it helps reduce electricity use and costs. It also reduces heat from braking resistors, easing the thermal load in machine rooms and control panels. Applications include residential, public, office, and commercial buildings.
2. EP-ARD ? Elevator Automatic Rescue Device
Provides backup power and supports elevator rescue operation during power outages and other emergencies, helping passengers exit safely. It uses stored battery power to support rescue operation when the external power supply is interrupted, improving passenger safety and emergency preparedness.
3. EP-Hybrid UPS ? Hybrid Uninterruptible Power Supply
Charges batteries using regenerative energy and utility power, then supplies stored energy during outages. It combines energy reuse with backup power availability. With a transfer time of 4 ms or less according to product specifications, it helps limit power interruptions during switching.
